Langlois Eco Homes has partnered with Sinclair Homes, an experienced, meticulous builder of Net Zero homes, to build 24 single-family homes on the first street at The Village Farm in Embro.

We made the decision to partner with Sinclair Homes after careful consideration. Our goal from the start has been to ensure the highest levels of energy efficiency and craftsmanship in every home in this new community-within-a-community. Sinclair Homes impressed us with more than 40 years of home-building excellence, a demonstrated commitment to Net Zero building, and the integrity they bring to every stage of home building, from their relationships with their tradespeople to the way they value their customers.  

At Langlois Eco Homes, our aim is to make a place for home builders and home buyers who value climate-conscious building, and who share our passion for superior quality, durability and lowering the carbon footprint of today’s homes. By working with Sinclair Homes, we’ve taken a step toward that goal.
